We deliver great design across the UK. Depending on the size and fragility of your order, it will be shipped either by courier or with our dedicated third-party service.

If you are local to Oxford we also offer a collection service from our warehouse based in OX4. Please select 'Pick Up' at the check out.

Delivery charges are calculated after entering your address at the checkout. To see an estimated delivery cost, please view our delivery page. For overseas deliveries please contact us for a quote. For larger items such as sofas and dining tables, please state on your order if there are any access issues eg. narrow corridors, stairs and lifts.

If the item is not in stock and is made to order, a ‘Delivery Estimate’ will be displayed above the 'Add to Cart’ button or in the description. We will order the items for you and keep you updated on the progress. The lead time displayed is for guidance and is an estimate for the typical delivery time for the product, timings may vary. Once your order has been confirmed with the supplier, we will be in touch to provide an ETA. We aim to check, pack and dispatch all orders as soon as they arrive into our Oxford warehouse.  Please see our returns policy before ordering bespoke or Made To Order items.

This item is made to order especially for you, using the finest materials and craftsmanship. The lead time is for your guidance & can be subject to change. A small number of our brands participate in a biannual seasonal shutdown, which in some cases, can affect lead times.

If the items you are ordering are in stock, we aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days. Please note there can be a small increase in delivery time during busy periods.
