The concept behind the Aim Design was to propose a light that would offer an infinite variety of adjustments to meet one's lighting needs. Bouroullec came up with the proposal of a lamp that naturally positions itself in the space - like a plant would do - thanks to the long cables which facilitate the orientation and the height of the light freely.

  • Materials: Body in varnished aluminium sheet, shade in photo-etched optical polycarbonate. Internal reflector in photo-etched ABS
  • Colours: White or Black 
  • Light Source: 1 x Multichip LED 16W 895lm 2700K CRI90
  • Options: Available hard wired, or with a Cable & Plug. Additional ceiling roses available, please contact the showroom to order.
  • Features: The cable has a useful length of 9 meters and thus the lamp can be suspended 3 meters from the ceiling. Multiple rose with capacity to connect up to 5 Aims also available. 

 

Lead Time: 2 - 4 weeks

We deliver great design across the UK. Depending on the size and fragility of your order, it will be shipped either by courier or with our dedicated third-party service.

If you are local to Oxford we also offer a collection service from our warehouse based in OX4. Please select 'Pick Up' at the check out.

Delivery charges are calculated after entering your address at the checkout. To see an estimated delivery cost, please view our delivery page. For overseas deliveries please contact us for a quote. For larger items such as sofas and dining tables, please state on your order if there are any access issues eg. narrow corridors, stairs and lifts.

MADE TO ORDER

If the item is not in stock and is made to order, a ‘Delivery Estimate’ will be displayed above the 'Add to Cart’ button. This item is made to order especially for you, using the finest materials and craftsmanship. We will order the items for you and keep you updated on the progress. The lead time displayed is for guidance and is an estimate for the typical delivery time for the product & can be subject to change. Once your order has been confirmed with the supplier, we will be in touch to provide an ETA. We aim to check, pack and dispatch all orders as soon as they arrive into our Oxford warehouse.  Please see our returns policy before ordering bespoke or made to order items.
